Vault

Your business's keys, in one vault, looked after.

A password manager your team will actually use, with MFA on everything that matters, set up by a human and supported like the rest of your tech.

What it is

One vault, real MFA, zero spreadsheet passwords

Your business gets a shared vault where every login and verification code lives, with MFA switched on for the things that matter (email, hosting, banking, socials). Staff sign in with one strong master password plus a hardware key or app code. When someone joins or leaves, access is added or removed in minutes instead of never.

Who it's for

If any of this sounds familiar

Logins in spreadsheets

Passwords kept in spreadsheets, browser saves, or "the notebook" that only one person understands.

Shared accounts nobody owns

Shared mailboxes and social accounts where nobody knows who has the password, or when it last changed.

Departures without a trail

Someone left the business, and every login they ever touched is still wide open.

MFA sprawl

You want MFA done properly once, instead of scattered across apps, with SMS codes everywhere.

The setup

What's included

1 · Credential health check

What's shared, what's unprotected, what's at risk. Free, with no obligation.

2 · Built around your roles

Front desk, owner, bookkeeper, marketing each see what they need, nothing more.

3 · Migration, live with you

Browser saves, spreadsheets, and old managers moved in sessions on screen share. We never ask for master passwords.

4 · MFA rollout

Vault first, then email, hosting, banking, socials. Hardware keys for admins, app codes for everyone else, no SMS anywhere.

5 · Emergency kit

Printed recovery instructions and codes, one copy in your safe.

6 · Offboarding runbook

A written one-page checklist for when someone leaves, so access is cut in minutes.

7 · Training

60 to 90 minutes live, plus a one-page cheat sheet per role.

Optional, ongoing

Vault Care

Same spirit as a Care Plan, for the vault itself. Most people want it by day two.

  • Joiners and leavers handled within one business day
  • Lockout rescue and "how do I share this" support
  • Quarterly access review: dormant users, leftover access, MFA coverage, key check
  • Platform patches and vendor changes tracked for you

Honest expectations

What to expect

  • Week one takes attention: migration sessions run 2 to 3 hours, and people grumble about one more login. Training fixes most of it.
  • MFA adds a step: a tap or a code at sign-in. That is the point.
  • We're an admin, visibly: our access is a named, logged seat, and break-glass can require a waiting period you control and cancel. We never need your master password.

Fine print, up front

Scope

  • Setup covers up to 25 people; bigger teams are quoted separately.
  • No compliance certifications (HIPAA or SOC 2) in this version; ask before you need them and we'll be straight with you.
  • We configure and support the platform; the platform secures the data.
  • SMS-based MFA is never used (SIM-swap risk).

Questions people ask

Good to know

Can you see our passwords?

Only what you deliberately share with us, through a named admin account that is logged on every action. Break-glass access can require a waiting period you control and cancel. We never need your master password, and we never want it.

What platform do you use?

A proven, audited password manager built for teams, not something homemade. You own the account and the data; we're there to set it up right and keep it that way.

How long does setup take?

One setup session of 2 to 3 hours, training the same week, and a 30-day MFA check to close any gaps. Most teams are fully moved inside a week.

Do we really need hardware keys?

For admins and owners, yes: about $50 each, two each. Everyone else can use an app code. We never use SMS codes, because of SIM-swap risk.

What if we already use a password manager?

Even better. We audit what's there, close the gaps (usually MFA and offboarding), and set up the care routine around it.
