Covered, up front
Your plan covers the care above plus a support-hour block each month, and a written list of exactly which devices and sites are covered is set when you sign up. Anything outside that scope is quoted fairly and billed at member rate (10% off normal work): new hardware installs, big projects, software licenses, after-hours emergencies. You'll hear the price before we touch anything.
